Terms
The rules for using this site.
What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the limits that apply to a free account and to AI-generated output.

Who these terms are with
This site is run by BitBuilder, a software studio based in Romania. By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Questions go to rosu.ovi@gmail.com.
What the service is
Two things: a public website describing what we do, and an optional account area where you can keep projects and use our AI tooling. The account area is offered as it stands, free of charge, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.
Your account
Give us an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at rosu.ovi@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
How you may use it
Use the service lawfully and considerately. In particular, do not:
- break the law with it, or use it to infringe anyone else's rights;
- upload or generate material you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, abusive or deliberately harmful;
- try to break, probe or overload the service, work around its limits, or access another account;
- scrape it at scale, or resell access to it as if it were your own.
Security research is welcome if you tell us first at rosu.ovi@gmail.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix what you find.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in what you put into the service. So that we can actually run it, you give us permission to store your content, move it between the providers listed in our privacy policy, and show it back to you. That permission covers nothing else, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
AI output
The AI features send your prompt to a third-party model and return what it produces. Models get things wrong, including confidently. Treat the output as a draft: check it before you rely on it, and do not use it as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
We make no promise that output is accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for what you do with it. The model provider's own terms apply to that generation as well.
Our content
The design, code, text and images of this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from, and our name and logo are ours. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution; you may not present it as your own work.
Paid work
Nothing on this site is an offer of paid work or a quote. When we take on a project, the scope, price, timeline and confidentiality live in a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement governs the project rather than this page.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, with no promise of uptime. We may take it down for maintenance, change how it works, or stop offering a feature.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for anything connected to it is limited to what you have paid us for it — which, for this site and the free account area, is nothing. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the account area altogether, and we will give you reasonable notice unless the breach makes that impractical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and if a change materially affects you and you have an account, we will email you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not take away the protection of your own country's consumer law.
